Join our team as a **Customer Experience Assistant** and become part of transforming lives—supporting those who wish to hear the world around them better. **What Are We Looking For?** **General Requirements:** * **Mandatory availability to work from 9:50 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9:50 am to 6:00 pm.** * **Mandatory availability to attend a paid training program in Polanco lasting 1–2 weeks, Monday through Saturday.** * **Education:** High school diploma (minimum). * **Age:** 28 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in customer service and administrative roles within **corporations, banks, hospitals, clinics, etc., with documented employment stability**. * **EXCELLENT EXECUTIVE APPEARANCE MANDATORY** **Essential Requirements:** * **Documentation:** Tax Status Certificate. * **Verifiable Experience:** Employment references will be requested. **Knowledge and Skills:** * **Organization and multitasking ability**—coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation without compromising service quality. * **Customer service protocols and experience**—best practices for receiving, guiding, and accompanying patients during their visit. * **Audiology products and services**—basic knowledge of hearing aids, accessories, and fitting processes.
