Job Description · Education: Completed high school / Technical degree · Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in the same or similar position. · Knowledge: General maintenance (painting, plumbing, electricity) · Proficiency with basic tools (pliers, multimeter, screwdrivers) Main Responsibilities: 1) Provide support in maintenance tasks. 2) Address fault or defect reports regarding facilities. 3) Perform simple repairs (leaks, light bulb replacement, furniture adjustments, etc.). 4) Maintain work tools. 5) Assist with cleaning or space modifications. 6) Comply with established regulations.
