Billing Analyst

Description

We are seeking a **Billing Analyst** with experience in retail portals, focused on accuracy and compliance, to ensure the correct issuance, validation, and management of invoices—contributing to an efficient revenue flow and strong relationships with key retail sector clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Issue and validate invoices in accordance with tax requirements (CFDI). * Manage billing through retail portals (Walmart, Amazon, Soriana, Chedraui, etc.). * Upload, validate, and monitor documents on client portals. * Handle invoice rejections and reissuance. * Reconcile revenue versus billing. * Review tax data, pricing, and commercial terms prior to invoicing. * Address clarifications with clients and internal departments. * Support monthly closings and reporting. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. * Minimum 2 years of billing experience. * Mandatory experience with retail portals (Walmart, among others). * Knowledge of CFDI, SAT, and tax requirements. * Proficiency in Excel and billing ERP systems (preferred). * High level of organization, follow-up, and attention to detail. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **13th-month bonus equivalent to 21 days** * **Vacation premium of 35%** * **Bonus of 10% of base salary** * **Meal vouchers** * **Savings fund** * **Hybrid work arrangement** (3 days office / 2 days remote) * Job stability and professional development Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Remote work * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
