Develop your skills and grow with us as a: **BARTENDER** *Responsibilities:* * Staff supervision * Full management of the service bar * Preparation and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages * Inventory and supply control * Stocktaking and area cleaning * Operation of point-of-sale systems, terminals, and order tickets * Customer billing *Requirements:* * 100% attitude and discipline * Prior experience as a Bartender or Fountain Server in a chain or franchise establishment * Secondary education completed * Basic knowledge of beverages and alcoholic drinks * Proficiency in handling glassware * Ability to manage cash and valuables * Strong verbal communication and courteous interpersonal skills * Passion for service and guest attention * Stress management and frustration tolerance * Excellent personal presentation and hygiene * Residence within a maximum 45-minute commute from Miyana Polanco Plaza *We Offer:* * $11,600 monthly * Guaranteed tips * Statutory benefits \+ additional company benefits * Complimentary cafeteria service * Complimentary uniform * Paid training starting on day one * Stability and an excellent work atmosphere * Professionalism and seriousness Apply through this channel and we will contact you shortly to schedule an interview.
