**Full Job Description** We are seeking a supervisor for our Stitching area with extensive experience in cowboy boot production processes. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering degree * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the footwear industry; proven experience in cowboy boot production is mandatory * Comprehensive knowledge of cowboy boot manufacturing processes, specifically from cutting to stitching * Experience managing operational staff and supervising production * Knowledge of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement indicators * Leadership, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise daily production operations in the cutting and stitching areas * Ensure on-time and on-spec completion of the production schedule * Supervise and optimize footwear manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality * Monitor production processes in the cutting and stitching areas * Track productivity, scrap, quality, and on-time delivery indicators * Implement continuous improvement strategies in operational processes * Verify compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely deliveries and achievement of production goals * Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective and preventive actions Salary: $15,200.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program Workplace: On-site employment
