This position requires a meticulous and organized individual. **Responsibilities:** * Perform the repackaging process, ensuring adherence to quality specifications. * Accurately label and classify repackaged products. * Follow repackaging and safety procedures. * Weigh materials accurately. * Maintain accurate records of repackaging activities. * Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. * Keep the work area clean and organized, following good practices and the 5S methodology. * Support inventory control by recording quantities of repackaged products. * Collaborate with other departments and the Quality team to identify areas for improvement in operational processes. * Manage maintenance, calibration, and repair requests for repackaging equipment as needed. * Report potential improvements or issues in the process to Operations Management and the Warehouse Manager and/or Leader. * Provide consistent and ongoing support to the Warehouse department. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Knowledge of safety regulations and product handling. * Familiarity with packaging equipment and measurement tools. * Ability to effectively identify and resolve problems. * Service-oriented attitude. **Education and Experience:** * High school diploma (preparatory school) or equivalent, preferably in logistics or administration. * Technical certification preferred. * 2\-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or chemical industry with general raw materials and/or hazmat. * Knowledge of repackaging processes and equipment handling. * Familiarity with inventory management systems. **Physical Requirements and Work Environment:** * Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 kg. * Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, pushing, pulling, and moving objects. * Work is primarily conducted in a warehouse setting, which may be climate-controlled but can also be noisy and subject to temperature fluctuations depending on infrastructure. * Regular working hours, with possible overtime during peak seasons or to meet critical deadlines. * Frequent interaction with the Distribution, Warehouse, and other departments. * Requires standing for extended periods, as well as regular walking and movement throughout the shift. * Manual dexterity to operate machinery such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and to perform packaging and labeling tasks. **Why Join Us?** * Rewarding work and responsibilities. * Ability to exert immediate and continuous influence. * Excellent culture and collaborative team *Formerra is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
