Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams; supervise assignments; manage incidents; and ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in technology for reporting and effective communication Required Profile – Security Supervisor (Capitell) **Education** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in administrative, security, criminology, or related fields (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience supervising operational personnel**, preferably in private security companies. * Experience coordinating **security shift rosters across multiple services or branches**. * Experience in **supervising assignments, shift coverage, and managing operational incidents**. * Experience in **direct client interaction and on-site resolution of situations**. **Leadership Skills** * Ability to **lead, coordinate, and motivate security guard teams**. * Appropriate handling of **high-pressure or emergency situations during service delivery**. * Capacity to **make rapid on-site decisions**. * Skill in **clear communication with operational staff and clients**. **Driver’s License and Mobility** * Valid **driver’s license**. * Ability to operate a **standard vehicle**. * Willingness to **travel between services and branches within the assigned area**. **Technological Tools** * Mandatory proficiency in using a **tablet or smartphone for operational reporting**. * Use of **supervision applications, WhatsApp, email, and submission of evidence**. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)** for report preparation and incident tracking. **Additional Requirements** * Flexible schedule and **ability to respond to incidents outside regular hours when necessary**. * Strong sense of **responsibility, discipline, and reliability**.
