Supervises the flawless execution of current processes and policies, contributing through actions that generate greater profitability and expense control. **Position Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure quality service standards by monitoring the flawless execution of team processes and activities. \- Ensure compliance with business-established metrics, generate sales reports, and conduct branch operational checklists. \- Execute actions to ensure inventory accuracy, product facing and placement, as well as branch order and cleanliness. \- Evaluate direct reports using performance metrics, feedback sessions, and identification of training needs. Requirements \- Completed bachelor’s degree (degree certificate and professional license) \- 2+ years of experience in customer service, point-of-sale operations, value management and administration, and personnel management.
