We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced **Maintenance Technician** in general maintenance to join our operations team. **Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance in apartments and common areas * Basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing work * General repairs and furniture adjustments * Air conditioning maintenance * Incident reporting and ticket follow-up * Basic supervision of external vendors when required **We Offer:** Salary: $12,000 net per month (paid biweekly) Complimentary uniforms Possibility of fixed assignment in a nearby area Job stability and growth opportunities **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with one rotating weekday off. **Work Areas:** \* Roma Norte \* Condesa \* Río Nazas \* Av. Insurgentes **Operational base and warehouse located in Colonia Juárez (Viena Street)** **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance * Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and painting * Basic tool handling skills * Availability to travel between properties * Service-oriented attitude and sense of urgency **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in hospitality, Airbnb, or residential buildings Knowledge of air conditioning maintenance Interested candidates should apply through this channel Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
