Process, coordinate, and ensure timely submission of reports. ### **About the Role** Major Accountabilities \~ Provide analytical support to managers on matters related to FRA activities, decision-making, and general projects. \~ Support more senior colleagues in delivering analysis to assist financial, reporting, and accounting processes. \~ Contribute to analysis and report preparation with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness (e.g., profit-and-loss activity reporting). \~ Support timely and accurate preparation of factual and numerical reporting for internal and external stakeholders. \~ Support development of project proposals, analytical reports, and presentations. \~ Contribute to maintaining accurate and timely fixed asset information in the fixed asset register and provide general ledger support as required. \~ Support finance projects at country or BU level. \~ Report technical complaints / adverse events / special cases related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt. \~ Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable) Key Performance Indicators \~ Internal customer satisfaction regarding quality, validity, and timeliness of financial analysis \~ Customer satisfaction regarding service delivery and process-specific KPIs aligned with agreed SLAs Work Experience \~ Operations management and execution Skills \~ Understanding of value drivers \~ Critical thinking \~ Ability to influence key stakeholders \~ Effective communication \~ Process optimization \~ Building effective teams \~ Talent development \~ Financial accounting \~ Financial and management reporting \~ Resource allocation Language English **Why Novartis:** Helping people with disease and their families takes more than innovative science.
