




Position Summary: Hospital San Ángel Inn HMG is seeking a Human Capital Analyst to design and implement cultural programs, manage events, and promote organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cultural program and event design and implementation 2. Organizational culture promotion 3. Human capital measurement indicator structuring HOSPITAL SAN ANGEL INN HMG DISTINGUISHES ITSELF BY PROVIDING PATIENTS WITH WARMTH, QUALITY, ETHICS, AND EFFICIENCY; IT IS SEEKING TALENT SUCH AS: HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST (COMPANY CULTURAL EVENTS AND HR INDICATOR TRACKING) REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or related field (degree and professional license required). * General knowledge of human capital, specifically in cultural event management. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and implementation of company cultural programs, projects, and events * Promotion of organizational culture. * Event, anniversary, and birthday management. * Structuring of human capital measurement indicators (recruitment, training, payroll, labor relations, etc.) * Vendor management for cultural event coordination. Compensation: $17,200 gross monthly (pre-tax).
