We value the talent and dedication of our team, fostering a collaborative and continuously growing work environment. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields * Excel * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Warehouse management * Computer software * Inventory management **Responsibilities:** * Maintain records of fixed assets in a database, specifying asset status, ownership, availability, etc. * Manage and track vehicle assets, including scheduling and recording maintenance activities and updating documentation for each vehicle. * Handle traffic fines and vehicle-related reports, logging each incident in a historical record (database) and following up accordingly. * Establish maintenance schedules for fixed and vehicle assets requiring maintenance. * Coordinate and supervise processes related to fixed asset management. **We Offer:** Salary: $15,000 (tax-free) Medium-term growth opportunities Statutory benefits Work location: On-site employment
