We seek a committed, organized, and customer-oriented GPS Installation Technician responsible for performing installations, configurations, maintenance, and diagnostics of GPS equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality service for our customers. This position focuses on ensuring the proper functioning of technological solutions for monitoring, satellite tracking, and logistics security. Technical installation experience, ability to interpret electrical/electronic diagrams, and proficiency with tools related to GPS technology or logistics security are required. **Responsibilities:** * Develop in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered, as well as the direct impact of your activities on customer perception and satisfaction. * Understand and anticipate the customer’s daily operations to minimize negative impacts during installation or maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. * Organize and manage required materials to fulfill all scheduled services in your agenda, ensuring all necessary items are available to carry out each installation or maintenance without disruptions. * Analyze and understand manuals, electronic diagrams, and technical specifications to correctly perform connections, installations, and diagnostics of GPS equipment. * Actively participate in audits, development of checklists, technical follow-up, and customer satisfaction evaluations. * Identify issues and request support when necessary to optimize service quality. **Requirements:** * Age 25–45 * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in installation and maintenance of electronic equipment, GPS systems, telecommunications, or similar **Salary:** $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience **Work Location:** On-site Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
