Participation in medical conferences and events We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team in Audiology, Balance, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge medical technology, along with ongoing professional training and development. **Key Responsibilities** * Installation, calibration, and adjustment of audiology, vertigo, and vestibular rehabilitation equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment. * On-site and remote technical support (phone, WhatsApp, TeamViewer). * Technical training and instruction for end users. * Preparation of service orders and calibration reports. * Technical follow-up and post-sales customer support. * Participation in medical conferences, courses, and events. **Required Profile** **Education** * Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. * Professional degree and license (mandatory). **Experience** * Installation, maintenance, and calibration of medical equipment. * Customer technical support and assistance. * Technical training and post-sales support. * Preferred: Experience with audiology and/or vestibular rehabilitation equipment. **Additional Requirements** * Valid passport. * Valid driver's license (standard vehicle). * Willingness to travel. * Intermediate English (manufacturer trainings conducted in English). * **Office Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. **Field Work:** Flexible and subject to operational needs. Availability to support conferences and events on weekends when required. salary \+ benefits above statutory requirements Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
