Development of BI tools and database management **Business Systems Analyst** Location: To be determined — Reynosa or Monterrey (open to selection). **Responsibility:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business objectives and define solutions through the creation of functional and technical documentation. **Requirements:** **·Education:** Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related field **·Experience:** 6 years of combined experience: 3 years in Operations (SCM and Warehousing) and 3 years as a Business IT Analyst specializing in BI and Data Analytics. · Solid knowledge of SAP and ERP systems (preferred) · Data analysis using SQL · Business intelligence applications · Management of the lifecycle of multiple projects using BI tools and products · Experience translating and presenting BI reports to users across various hierarchical levels · English: fluent conversational · Interpersonal Skills: Analytical and proactive professional with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between technical and business teams when solving problems · Tools: Development of BI tools, database management Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Operations (SCM and Warehousing) and IT Business Analyst: 6 years (Mandatory) * Power BI: 6 years (Mandatory) * SQL: 3 years (Mandatory) * SAP: 5 years (Mandatory) Language: * Fluent English (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
