Methods and Procedures Intern We are seeking students, interns, or trainees interested in professional development in the areas of methods, processes, and continuous improvement within the textile industry. ### **Requirements:** * University student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field * Interest in processes, documentation, and continuous improvement * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or NotebookLM is desirable * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Proactivity, initiative, and willingness to learn * Basic knowledge of flowcharts is desirable ### **Responsibilities:** * Observation and documentation of operational processes * Data collection for line balancing and capacity analysis * Support in developing flowcharts, process maps, and operational manuals * Updating and controlling process documentation * Tracking activities related to continuous improvement ### **Competencies:** * Efficiency * Persistence * Initiative * Analytical ability * Attention to detail ### **We offer:** * Monthly scholarship of $4,000 * Professional training and development * Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in processes within the textile industry ### **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM ### **Work location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico Position type: Part-time / Intern
