Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer in the Retail industry to analyze, optimize, and document processes, thereby improving efficiency and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain flowcharts. 100% Mexican company dedicated to the importation and distribution of novelty items such as stationery, cosmetics, decorations, and more Requirements: **Process Engineer in the RETAIL sector with experience mapping processes for roles including (sales floor staff, cashiers, warehouse personnel, drivers, store managers, and administrative positions)** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a Process Engineer\- Retail to join our team. We specialize in distributing high-quality products and continuously strive to enhance our processes to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field Proven experience in process analysis and continuous improvement (must have worked in importation, distribution, and retail companies) Strong knowledge of flowcharts for processes in (Retail, DCs, administrative positions) Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency. Implement continuous improvement tools and techniques. Develop and maintain flowcharts to map and document processes. Ensure compliance with quality standards across all processes. Collaborate with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and resolve issues.
