Opportunity for professional development ### **Payroll Assistant** At ISMO MOTORS, we are looking for a **Payroll Assistant** to join our administrative team, with a focus on controlling and processing employee information. ### **Job Objective** Support **payroll management and calculation**, ensuring accurate integration of incidents, compliance with processes, and administrative control of personnel. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in **payroll calculation** * Recording and control of **incidents** (absences, tardiness, vacations, etc.) * Preparation of payroll reports * Control of **registrations, terminations, and movements with IMSS** * Support in calculating **severance payments and settlements** * Management and safeguarding of employee files * Addressing basic employee inquiries ### **✅ Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, or related field** * Experience in **payroll or administrative roles** * Basic knowledge of **Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS** * Proficiency in **Excel (intermediate level)** * Organizational skills and attention to detail ### **Skills** * Confidentiality * Organization * Attention to detail * Analytical ability * Responsibility ### **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Professional development
