




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant with organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills to manage payroll, handle procedures with IMSS/INFONAVIT, and maintain personnel files. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll withholding calculations and Office software proficiency. 2. Comprehensive payroll management, severance settlements, and incident tracking. 3. Procedures and transactions with IMSS and INFONAVIT (IDSE and SUA). **BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING** **COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Organization, discipline, integrity, and honesty, along with analytical and teamwork abilities. Basic knowledge of the Social Security Law (LSS), its Regulations (RLSS), the Federal Labor Law (LFT), the Income Tax Law (LISR), its Regulations (RLISR), and INFONAVIT. Experience in payroll withholding calculations and intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Office software. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Review and closure of pre-payroll and payroll in the attendance control system. * Calculation and tracking of severance settlements, simulations, and accounting entries in Excel and SAP. * Recording and tracking of vacations, medical leaves, absences, and incidents. * Support in calculating profit-sharing (PTU), Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), and savings fund contributions. * Management of food vouchers and distribution of payroll receipts. * Calculation of incentives, commissions, and child support payments. * Reconciliation of FONACOT and INFONAVIT loans. * Payroll clarifications and employee assistance. * Preparation of reports on hires, terminations, compensations, and worked rest days. * Procedures and transactions with IMSS and INFONAVIT (IDSE and SUA). * Personnel file management and INFONAVIT/FONACOT loan record updates. * Determination of the 3% state payroll tax.
