




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support payroll calculation, management of social security enrollment transactions, and document handling for various clients. Training for performing job activities. ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Flexible availability of working hours. * Basic knowledge of: Payroll, Excel, IMSS. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Support and calculation of client payroll. * Submission and tracking of enrollment-related transactions including registrations, terminations, modifications, and employee disability claims. * Submission of social security contributions / ISN / ISR payroll reports before each client’s deadline. * Collection and follow-up on information from assigned clients. * Issuance, delivery, and retention of payroll receipts. * Support and updating of registration files (disability, seniority, RFC, address). * Support, follow-up, and updating of assigned clients’ files (CPS, CSF, documentation). ***WE OFFER:*** * Statutory benefits. * Training for performing job activities. * Excellent work environment.
