Due to team expansion, we are looking for our next Payroll Analyst who wishes to grow professionally and join a dynamic team. **General Purpose of the Position** Provide support for the proper administration and processing of payroll, ensuring timely compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations in accordance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Verify that payroll incidents are correctly applied, including hires, terminations, salary adjustments, disabilities, deductions, etc. * Maintain accurate vacation records for staff. * Correctly calculate employee payroll based on reported incidents, and ultimately perform stamping and issuance of CFDIs. * Perform termination calculations in accordance with current regulations. * Provide administrative support related to the department. * Monitor benefits and seek new agreements. * Support and follow up on requirements or audits. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Accounting * **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years * Basic knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation. * Time availability * Proficiency in Office software suite; intermediate Excel skills * Organization, responsibility, and positive attitude. * Excellent communication skills with colleagues **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits * Positive work environment * Health insurance from day one * Subsidized cafeteria * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * If you meet the profile, please send your CV via WhatsApp to the following number: 5543673918 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
