The position requires foundational knowledge, education, and experience related to: \+ Knowledge of various pathologies and nursing interventions \+ Comprehensive head-to-toe assessment of all organ systems and functions in our patients \+ Aseptic techniques, infection control, and strict hygiene practices \+ Measurement of vital signs—including pulse, blood pressure, weight, height, oxygenation, etc. \+ Laboratory sample collection and specimen handling \+ Familiarity with major laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging studies \+ Medication administration, including safety protocols, risk awareness, indications, and proper application \+ Patient therapy and mobility support—especially fall prevention \+ Knowledge of tubes, lines, and catheters \+ Wound care and dressing changes \+ Compassion and care Santa Carmen offers an outstanding work environment, a mission centered on life-wellness, and a commitment to being the best, different, and special—a vision that every member of our team contributes to through their success.
