Your primary objective will be timely evaluation, stabilization, and treatment to save lives and preserve organ function. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Emergency Care: Perform triage, take medical histories, conduct physical examinations, and stabilize critically ill patients. * Procedures and Resuscitation: Airway management, advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and trauma care. * Clinical Management: Interpret laboratory and imaging studies, and perform necessary invasive procedures. * Coordination: Collaborate closely with specialists (e.g., surgeons, intensivists) to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Administrative Leadership: Supervise resident physicians/interns and ensure accurate, regulation-compliant clinical record documentation. * Safety: Implement the Joint Commission International Patient Safety Goals. WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU? Education: Degree and Professional License as a Medical Surgeon / General Physician. Required Knowledge: Valid ACLS and BLS certifications (Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support). Skills: Airway management, diagnostic interpretation, and strong sense of urgency.
