Experience as a Store Supervisor, Manager, or Assistant Manager (preferably in retail or fashion). Authentic leadership and the ability to inspire teams. Commercial focus and passion for achieving sales targets. Proficiency in key performance indicators: sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory management, and productivity. Organization, initiative, and the ability to make strategic decisions. What will you do? Oversee the store’s daily operations. Lead, train, and develop the sales team. Drive performance and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. Supervise inventory and operational processes. Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
