We are currently looking for a passionate **General Dentist** committed to oral health to join our team. **What We Offer:** * Professional service contract with an attractive commission-based compensation system. * **Continuous professional development and ongoing training** in the latest dental technologies. * The opportunity to join a **leading company** with presence across LATAM, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals. * Service schedule: Monday to Saturday * Work location: Ermita **What We Are Looking For:** **You will play a key role in patient care by performing:** * **Comprehensive patient assessment**, providing a detailed diagnosis. * **Identifying patient needs and advising them on the best comprehensive treatment option**, including closing sales for dental services. * **Accurate diagnosis of common oral pathologies** and proposing treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols. * **Execution of general dental procedures**, such as prophylaxis, cleanings, resin restorations, among others, following biosafety standards. * **Referring patients to specialists when necessary**, for cases requiring procedures outside your scope of competence, ensuring comprehensive care. * **Delivering high-quality customer service**, addressing inquiries and guaranteeing top-tier service delivery. * **Providing immediate care** to patients requiring urgent intervention. **Requirements** * **Dental or Stomatology Degree and Professional License**. * Minimum **1.5 years** of experience as a General Dentist. * Experience working within a network of dental clinics. (Desirable) * Proficiency in intraoral cameras and other technological tools. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Sales closing ability.
