### **OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH RETAIL EXPERIENCE IN THE HISTORIC CENTER AREA OF CDMX\-Verifiable**
**Requirements**
Education: Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years as an executive assistant, preferably in retail environments; must be available to travel to stores located in the historic center of Mexico City to supervise operations alongside coordinators.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, calendar management).
Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills.
Organizational ability, discretion, proactivity, and strategic thinking.
Etc.
**Responsibilities:**
Exclusive calendar management for executive leadership
Quotations (Fieldwork)
Flight, accommodation, restaurant, etc. reservations
Customer and supplier relations
(Excel usage: 60%) preparing reports for senior management
Event organization (meetings, breakfasts, lunches, etc.)
Preparation of executive presentations
Administrative procedures
Sales RP knowledge to report to Management (**Preferably Power BI or Monday**) or other **RP**
Communication and follow-up with administrative and operational departments.
Visits will be conducted to branches located in the historic center zone of CDMX to monitor performance results alongside store coordinators and managers; occasional visits to the CEDIS will also be required based on company needs — it is located very close to Metro Cuitláhuac on Line 2 (Blue Line).

**Net monthly salary: $15,000 (Negotiable based on experience); BBVA payroll payment, biweekly**
