Job Summary: Procurement Assistant focused on profitability, operational planning, cost management, and trip traceability to optimize domestic and international supply chains. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic rate negotiation **Procurement Assistant (Capacity Procurement)** **Position Contributions \- These are the primary deliverables that the position must produce and provide to its internal and external customers:** * Profitability in permit holder utilization. * Operational Planning. * Cost Rate Structure. * Trip Traceability. * Domestic/International Logistics Network Design. **Responsibilities:** Profitability in permit holder utilization: Objective — Achieve optimal supplier utilization in terms of cost-benefit ratio for trip values, based on Almex operations. 2\.\- Operational Planning: Objective — Generate forecasts for services recurring in commercial projects, enabling better rates and improved operational control and resource utilization. 3\.\- Cost Rate Structure: Objective — Enable Pricing to gain enhanced market visibility regarding permit holder costs, thereby achieving improved margins on services delivered through this channel. 4\.\- Trip Traceability: Objective — This tool will significantly support the Customer Service and Administration departments in document return processes required for trip closure. 5\.\- Domestic/International Logistics Network Design: Objective — Ensure operational coverage both domestically and internationally for various projects agreed upon by the Commercial Department. **Decision-Making Authority:** * Supplier Selection. * Supplier Development. * Rate Negotiation. * Development of Systematic Tools. **KPIs:** * Measurement of suppliers’ NS (Net Satisfaction). * Measurement of internal customer service (Commercial/Operations). * Measurement of new supplier development (aligned with Almex safety guidelines). **Position Scope:** Identify and specify the dimensions under the direct responsibility and influence of this position. These may include: regional scope, coverage area, total personnel influenced, sales volume, operational cost, total number of suppliers, total number of customers, products, sales offices, assets, etc. * National-level coverage. * Key internal customers (Commercial/Operations/Pricing/Control Tower). * Management of 95 suppliers. * Service for New Projects. **Education Level:** Professional (degree holder) **Field of Study:** Engineering/Commerce or International Relations/Business **Years of Experience:** 1\-3 years **Areas of Experience:** Supply Chain/Logistics **Working Hours:** 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Salary:** $12,000 to $14,000 pre-tax per month We offer **statutory benefits and above** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
