**Job Description** We are seeking a creative, solution-oriented, and proactive candidate who will work in coordination with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and maintain websites and digital tools focused on the health sector—particularly in research. The selected candidate must be comfortable working collaboratively, proposing technological improvements and innovations, and actively participating in web development and internal IT support projects. Additionally, this position includes Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for internal users, covering computer equipment, connectivity, and preventive maintenance. We seek someone interested in professional growth, willing to learn new technologies, and enthusiastic about participating in diverse technology-related projects. **Responsibilities** * Review, edit, correct, and optimize web content related to health research projects and information. * Collaborate with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to improve user experience across our digital platforms. * Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of websites, systems, and digital tools aimed at managing and visualizing research data. * Create and track development tasks throughout the application and web platform lifecycle. * Propose technical and functional improvements to optimize internal digital processes. * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users, addressing incidents related to: * Computers and laptops. * Printers and peripherals. * Basic connectivity and network issues. * Software configuration, account setup, and access management. * Diagnosis and resolution of common hardware and operating system failures. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Install, configure, and update institutional software and tools. * Escalate complex technical incidents to the appropriate department when necessary. * Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures for internal tracking. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent internship in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field. * If applicable, possession of a discharged military service card. * 1–2 years of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of server-side languages (e.g., PHP, Java) and/or frameworks such as Spring [Desirable]. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Front-End frameworks such as Angular or libraries such as React [Desirable]. * Basic knowledge of CI/CD [Desirable]. * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and technical support for computer equipment. * Experience or familiarity providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to internal users. [Desirable] * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic incidents related to operating systems, printers, connectivity, and preventive maintenance. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize effectively, and set priorities. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users. * Interest in continuous learning and gaining experience across various technology domains.
