**About Torex Gold**
*Our purpose is to transform finite mineral resources into lasting prosperity, positively impacting every life we touch.*
We are a Canadian mining company focused on the exploration, development, and production of gold, copper, and silver at our flagship Morelos Complex in Guerrero — currently Mexico’s largest single-site gold producer. The Company also holds the advanced-stage Los Reyes gold-silver project in Sinaloa, Mexico, and recently acquired an early-stage exploration portfolio, including the Batopilas and Guigui projects in Chihuahua, Mexico, as well as the Gryphon and Medicine Springs projects in Nevada, United States.
Torex consistently delivers on its commitments, guided by its core strategic objectives: optimizing production and costs at Morelos; disciplined growth and capital allocation; reserve and resource growth; project execution excellence; retention and attraction of top industry talent; and leadership in responsible mining.
Over the past decade, we have demonstrated our ability to generate positive impacts on people’s lives and our surrounding environment while improving safety, achieving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and delivering positive returns on investment.
