**We are seeking a Shift Supervisor for Mobil Gas Stations** Sabinas Hidalgo, NL area Requirements: Sales drive, personnel management, flexible availability Required Knowledge: Personnel management, cash handling, customer service. We offer: Weekly salary: $2750 \- $3000 (tax-free) Monthly sales bonus based on performance targets Free uniforms (shirt, trousers, shoes) 6 days of advance vacation upon completing 6 months Benefits: Mandatory by law Option for an indefinite-term contract Education: Completed or incomplete high school Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Rotating schedule Operational duties: * Opening and/or closing shifts (inspection of pumps and service area). * Supervising proper operation of fuel dispensers during the shift. * Verifying functionality of pumps, payment terminals, and equipment. * Monitoring fuel supply and verifying tank inventory levels. * Reviewing product intake and output logs. Administrative duties: * Performing cash reconciliations and physical cash counts. * Recording sales to ensure income reconciliation. Supervisory duties: * Assigning tasks to shift staff (fueling, cleaning, store support, etc.). * Ensuring staff wear full uniforms and safety equipment. * Addressing and resolving customer complaints or inquiries. Safety duties: * Supervising compliance with safety measures at the station. * Responding to incidents (spills, emergencies, pump failures). * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the refueling and store areas. * Reporting technical or safety anomalies to the manager.
