Guarantees warehouse operational efficiency Warehouse Associate / Warehouse Assistant Location: Escape 4, Alce Blanco, Naucalpan Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Contract (to be determined) Salary: $10,000 MXN Net (tax-free) per monthJob Summary We are seeking a responsible and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary role is to ensure proper merchandise handling—from receipt through final dispatch preparation—while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse operational efficiency.Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities and Functions The selected candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks: Trailer unloading: Safely and promptly receive, inspect, and unload merchandise arriving via transportation. De-palletizing: Separate and classify products for proper distribution or storage. Merchandise placement: Position and organize products on racks and in storage areas, following rotation methods (e.g., FIFO) to maximize space and facilitate order picking. Order picking: Select, verify, pack, and label products according to purchase orders, ensuring quality and accuracy prior to shipment. Inventory recording: Accurately document all inbound, outbound, and relocation movements in the inventory control system. Requirements Prior experience in a similar role (e.g., Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Assistant) is preferred. Physical ability to consistently and safely lift, move, or handle heavy objects (up to 25 kg or 50 lbs). Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic proficiency with warehouse tools (e.g., hydraulic pallet jack, RF scanners) is a plus. Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Availability to work the scheduled hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Salary: $9,000\.00 \- $10,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
