We seek a proactive, analytical, and highly responsible individual who enjoys solving complex challenges and delivering sustainable results. **What you’ll do:** * Manage monthly tax authority requests related to VAT credit balances. * Ensure timely recovery of tax credits to strengthen cash flow. * Maintain close, professional, and strategic relationships with local and federal tax authorities. * Identify risks and opportunities in tax processes, driving continuous improvement. * Coordinate information and documentation across multiple legal entities in Mexico. * Serve as a key internal liaison to ensure compliance and accuracy. To succeed in this role, you must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. * In-depth knowledge of taxes and experience in tax risk and compliance. * Experience in tax litigation and tax advisory services. * Intermediate-to-advanced English for professional analysis and communication. * Experience leading teams and coordinating functional initiatives. You are a person who combines strategic vision with attention to detail. You confidently navigate regulatory changes and translate tax reforms into concrete actions and business outcomes.
