Drive continuous improvement in distribution and ensure best practices. **Date:** May 20, 2026 **Location:** Monterrey, Mexico **Company:** Vitalmex Internacional **Position Overview:** Ensure daily operational information reporting for receiving, labeling, staging, picking, returns, inventory, distribution, routing, and reverse logistics is completed accurately and on time to support achievement of established performance indicators and uninterrupted operations. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure traceability of orders shipped to internal and external customers via the TMS platform and serve as the distribution control tower. 2\. Coordinate material returns through reverse logistics via TMS and the control tower to ensure physical and system-level receipt and delivery of materials in the warehouse. 3\. Ensure traceability of material and supply shipments according to temperature requirements, as well as timely handover to the distribution team for dispatch. 4\. Generate quantitative indicators reflecting the status of distribution operations to provide sufficient and timely information for decision-making. 5\. Promote continuous improvement within distribution tasks to support performance and goal attainment. 6\. Ensure proper storage practices and proper documentation practices during transportation of Vitalmex goods. 7\. Ensure completion of information dashboards to guarantee visibility across the entire order management process. 8\.
