Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage air traffic, ensuring customs legal compliance, tariff classification validation, and document auditing in import and export processes. Key Highlights: 1. Manages air traffic and customs legal compliance 2. Conducts preventive audits of customs entry documents (pedimentos) 3. Supervises tariff classification validation and product catalogs Profile Requirements: Education: Completed bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in air traffic operations at customs agencies or freight forwarders. Multimodal experience is desirable. · Requirements: Tariff Classification Validation: Supervise the team to assign the correct tariff classification fraction according to the TIGIE (General Import and Export Tax Tariff). Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with the Customs Law and Annex 22 of the General Rules of Foreign Trade. Catalog Management: Maintain updated client product catalogs to expedite future customs clearance processes. Document Auditing: Review invoices and customs entry documents (pedimentos) to confirm data matches the physical goods. Ensure compliance with Non-Tariff Regulations and Restrictions (e.g., health permits, safety permits, Mexican Official Standards such as NOMs, etc.). Pedimento Annotation: Perform preventive audits to detect errors in invoices, certificates of origin, or incremental documents before submission to customs.
