Job Summary: Solistica is seeking a Shipment Verifier to conduct audits of received and picked products and support inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a "SHIPMENT VERIFIER". Who Are We? We are Solistica, a leading company developing Integrated Logistics Solutions (3PL) for our clients, supported by a dedicated team committed from sunrise to sunset to delivering logistics excellence across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Latincentro. Your responsibilities include: * Audit received products against officially established receiving documents (e.g., delivery receipts, transfer orders, maquila orders) and against client specifications or purchase order requirements and physical condition. * Audit physically picked products against department-specific documentation. * Support inventory counting of stored merchandise by coordinating with forklift operators and inventory supervisors during counts and verifying product locations to assist in controlling stored merchandise, based on the system corresponding to each account. * Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements under the client’s and the organization’s Quality Management System. * Ensure compliance with the organization’s Industrial Safety programs, policies, and procedures.
