We are in a stage of growth, institutionalization, and expansion; therefore, we seek someone who enjoys building processes, leading teams, and transforming operations toward world-class standards. **Profile** * Accountant or related degree, with an operational focus (not purely desk-based). * Experience implementing ERP and administrative systems (mandatory). * Strong expertise in internal control, policies, processes, and internal audits. * Experience supervising multiple administrative departments. * A leader with order, discipline, and execution capability. **Responsibilities** * Supervise accounting, treasury, cash flow, collections, administrative HR, and indirect procurement. * Implement and strengthen internal controls to prevent leaks, losses, and improper practices. * Lead ERP implementation and adoption, integrating administrative and operational departments. * Ensure timely and reliable financial statements. * Design administrative policies, procedures, and manuals. * Supervise contract management, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
