Job Summary: Coordination of warehouse activities, inventory and raw material handling, ensuring compliance with safety standards and the use of management systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in handling resins and Peoplesoft/Oracle inventory systems 2. Responsibility for loading, unloading, and inventory control 3. Opportunity to maintain and coordinate cyclic counts Description and details of responsibilities * Loading and unloading trailers following internal safety guidelines as well as CTPAT requirements * Handling of raw materials, primarily resins and blends. * Receiving MRO and raw material inventory, along with corresponding transactions in Peoplesoft system * Locating and storing materials (including system registration in Peoplesoft) * Performing material transactions in the system (including completion of required forms) * Issuing materials to production upon requisition * Maintaining material kanban levels at required thresholds (including monitoring resin levels in silos) * Conducting cyclic counts as required * Supporting coordination of cyclic counts * Ensuring inventory accuracy through periodic reviews and audits * Practicing 5S in the assigned warehouse or work area * Controlling and assigning tasks to warehouse team members * Providing daily finished goods packaging inventory reports * Generating and updating documents such as warehouse area instructions and procedures.
