




Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist with experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor relations to manage operational staff. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor relations. 2. Comprehensive management of operational and administrative personnel. 3. Development of organizational culture and workplace climate. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and selection** of operational staff (cashiers, drivers, warehouse staff, administrative personnel). * **Payroll administration** (tracking incidents, tardiness, absences, overtime, vacations). * **Labor relations**: enforcement of internal regulations, handling conflicts, and managing disciplinary actions. * **Training and development** (onboarding, customer service training, internal policies). * **Document management**: employment contracts, personnel files, IMSS registrations/terminations, legal compliance (STPS). * **Organizational culture and workplace climate**: team-building activities, internal communication, employee motivation. * **Reporting to management** on turnover, absenteeism, incidents, and staffing needs. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in HR generalist roles, preferably in retail, grocery, or fast-moving consumer goods industries. * **Knowledge:** * Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT. * Payroll management (Excel or payroll software). * Recruitment of operational profiles. **Salary negotiable: $14,000 to $16,000 MXN net** **Schedule: Mon–Fri 9 AM–5 PM / Sat 9 AM–1:00 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
