Our mission is to provide solutions that enhance people's lives and contribute to a more sustainable future. **Objective:** Maintain and implement controls within the quality management system by applying continuous improvement to ensure products comply with product specifications and customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** * * Monitor and improve quality metrics to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system. * Implement continuous improvement projects \& MiniKaizens to enhance business profitability. * Track the Non-Conforming Product Control process, customer complaints, and supplier RMA. * Maintain the Quality Management System for ISO 9000:2015, ASME \& PED certification. * Report Non-Conforming Product indicators \& PPMs during Production Business Unit meetings. * Follow up on responses and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions. * Verify calibration of measurement instruments used in in-process and final inspection activities. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Problem Analysis (8D) ISO-9001 Quality Systems * Six Sigma (Green Belt level) * Quality Tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, CP, PPAP) * Knowledge of measurement tools * Knowledge of welding processes (Brazing / Welding) * Soft Skills: Leadership, Proactivity, Adaptability, and Teamwork. **Requirements:** * University degree in any of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related disciplines. * Maximum 1 year of experience or internship in Quality or Continuous Improvement. * Experience in metal-mechanical or manufacturing companies. * Knowledge of Quality Tools. * English is ESSENTIAL. * B1 Visa (preferred) **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Direct employment with the company * Transportation * Additional benefits
