**Position Objective:**
Preparation, analysis, and control of electromechanical installation budgets, ensuring accurate, organized, and quality-standard-aligned information.
**Main Functions and Activities:**
* Prepare, update, and control budgets at their various stages.
* Interpret drawings, technical specifications, and item catalogs.
* Conduct technical and economic comparisons of materials and equipment.
* Coordinate the request and analysis of quotations from specialized suppliers.
* Collaborate in integrating technical and economic proposals for tenders.
* Support engineering review and detection of interdisciplinary interferences.
* Maintain up-to-date databases of prices, productivity rates, and materials.
* Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of departmental processes.
**Requirements:**
* Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree (certified).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in electromechanical construction budgeting or similar.
* English: Intermediate level (70% preferred).
**Knowledge:**
* Interpretation of electromechanical and execution project drawings.
* Preparation of item catalogs and generators.
* Basic knowledge of construction codes and standards.
* Quantity and cost control.
* Supplier management and quotation analysis.
* AutoCAD – mandatory.
* Opus 2024 (preferred).
* Neodata (preferred).
* Revu (preferred).
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
