Handle customer audits and follow up on findings Description and details of responsibilities Responsible for managing customer corrective actions, handling audits, and ensuring effective follow-up and closure of quality findings. This position is critical to ensuring production process stability and customer satisfaction. Experience and requirements **Main responsibilities** * Manage and respond to customer complaints and corrective actions (8D, CAPA) * Analyze root causes of defects * Implement corrective and preventive actions * Handle customer audits and follow up on findings * Conduct process audits on the production floor * Follow up on findings until effective closure * Collaborate in continuous improvement and scrap reduction **Technical knowledge** * Stamping, punching, and forming processes (preferred) * Drawing interpretation (GD\&T preferred) * Quality tools: 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa * ISO 9001 * Measuring instruments * Basic SPC **Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution * Effective communication * Follow-up and organization * Teamwork * Attention to detail **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or related field * 2 to 5 years of quality experience in the metal-mechanical industry * Experience with customers and audits Benefits * Benefits according to Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Quality **Contract type** Temporary **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working hours** Full-time **Schedule*** Morning shift **Education** Bachelor's degree with professional title **English** Spoken: Intermediate, Written: Intermediate **Age** 30 \- 50 years old **Willingness to travel** Yes
