




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to perform bank reconciliations, accounting entries, IDSE transactions, and provide support in billing and documentation management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in bank reconciliations and accounting entries. 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi and MS Office systems. 3. Organizational and control skills. Description and details of responsibilities * Bank reconciliations * Accounting entries and journal entry recording. * IDSE transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications) * Prepare and monitor billing processes, as well as provide support for administrative control activities and management of required documentation by the department. * Organize, classify, and maintain up-to-date physical and digital archives of administrative and accounting documentation. * Other duties related to the department. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative areas. * General knowledge of accounting principles. * Familiarity with CONTPAQi systems. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Organizational and control skills.
