Focus on ISO 9001:2015 and FSC Chain of Custody **QUALITY CONTROL – GRAPHIC ARTS** **Job Description:** Litopak de México is seeking an Operational Quality Coordinator with plant experience, responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and certifications **ISO 9001:2015 and FSC Chain of Custody**. This position combines quality management system administration with direct production activities. **Requirements:** * Education: Engineering, Graphic Arts, or related field * Minimum experience: 3 years in quality (Graphic Arts preferred) * **Mandatory:** * **Knowledge / implementation of ISO 9001:2015** * ***Knowledge / implementation of FSC Chain of Custody*** * Experience in production process inspection * Audit management (internal/external) * Knowledge of quality tools * Basic-to-intermediate Excel proficiency **Main Responsibilities:** * Support administration of the Quality Management System * Ensure compliance with and implementation of **ISO 9001:2015 and FSC** * Participate in internal and external audits * Implement and track corrective actions * Conduct inspection of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods * Approve production start-ups and product release * Perform laboratory tests (e.g., strength, moisture, etc.) * Complete, control, and safeguard quality forms and records * Prepare quality reports and track incidents * Follow up on non-conformities on the shop floor * Support staff training on quality/certification topics **Competencies:** * Sense of urgency * Organization * Teamwork * Attention to detail * Results-oriented **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) * Grocery vouchers ($1,200\.00 monthly) Workplace: On-site employment
