




Position Summary: We are seeking a Retail Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise projects while managing budgets and teams. Key Highlights: 1. Leads commercial construction projects with a results-oriented approach. 2. Develops negotiation and problem-solving skills. 3. Manages budgets and operational expense control. RETAIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in project planning, coordination, supervision, and control. * Knowledge of commercial construction. * Experience interacting with and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. * Knowledge of high-risk construction work and safety regulations. * Proficiency in project management software (preferred). * Ability to manage KPIs. * Knowledge of budget preparation and control, as well as direct and indirect operational expense control. * Familiarity with governmental requirements. Residence near the worksite: Lerma, State of Mexico.
