




Job Summary: Responsible for the release and audit of raw materials, components, and products, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality management. Key Highlights: 1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Releases raw materials and components according to Control Plan specifications in the Receiving Inspection area. • Performs release and management of processes according to applicable Control Plans and procedures. • Audits products and processes on production lines in accordance with the Control Plan. • Audits finished products in accordance with the Control Plan and relevant product audits. • Manages inspection and test status of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods per work instructions and procedures. • Generates and manages containment and corrective actions in response to customer quality-related complaints. • Prepares technical documentation related to assigned responsibilities as defined in Control Plans, procedures, and work instructions. • SKILLS: o Organized, disciplined, responsible, articulate, leadership-oriented, demonstrates reliability in work, strong interpersonal skills, effective communicator, conflict resolution capability. o Ability to work under pressure. o Negotiation skills. • EXPERIENCE. Minimum 2 years in a similar position. • KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION: ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems. Customer-specific requirements. VDA 6.5. Core tools: (PC, APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA). Knowledge of CQI-8. Plastic injection molding process. Office software proficiency. Basic quality tools. 8D problem-solving methodology. Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical specifications. Continuous improvement methodologies. Plastic materials processing technology. • EDUCATION. Technical degree in production processes, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree. 3 years of experience.
