**Lear Corporation – Ciudad Juárez, Chih. – Headquarters** We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **a QAD ERP Project Manager**, based in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.** As a **QAD ERP Project Manager**you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross\- functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain QAD (ERP) systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:** * Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team * Estimates project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project * Review business requirements together with Business Process Team * Provide solution to business requirements * Ability to interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes * Manages/Track project budget – forecast \& reporting * Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate, **TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED:** * + 10\+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects + 5\+ full ERP project cycles + Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements/ QAD functionality + Extensive knowledge of QAD solutions. + Basic knowledge of linked QAD functionality + 5\+ years’ experience direct and indirect resources management + Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple QAD modules including logistics, manufacturing + Organize and lead cross functional resources + Strong process and automotive industry knowledge + Strong understanding of the ERP project methodology. + Very strong communication skills (written \& oral) + Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical) + Very strong presentation skills + Strong and proven project management ability. + Ability to manage tasks at all levels to coordinate with project milestones + Ability to assess and mitigate project risks. + Experience with managing Developments \& Process Integrations + Manage and function well under tight timeframes \- manage multiple priorities concurrently + Ability to relate future direction of the organization while designing solutions and managing change + Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself. + Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development. + Fluent English language skills **ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE:** * Strong project management skills * Strong business process knowledge * Strong process integration skills * Strong strategic mindset * Strong ERP landscape awareness * Experience with managing large global projects
