Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer with SolidWorks experience to analyze new products, plan manufacturing processes, and ensure feasibility. Key Highlights: 1. Excellent work environment and job stability We are looking for a Project Engineer with SolidWorks experience. Job Objective: Analyze new products and plan manufacturing processes to ensure customer satisfaction with their products while guaranteeing manufacturing feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Analyze all new parts requested by the customer to determine the manufacturing processes to be used. Determine the materials to be used for each product. Request materials for prototyping. Conduct a PPAP study (flowchart, control plans, FMEA). Coordinate with production to manufacture the sample part. Monitor sample part production to implement adjustments for any issues detected. Deliver the sample part to the customer for approval. Provide all documentation to the production department to release the part for full-scale production (nesting files, control plans, feasibility analysis, FMEA, flowchart).
