Job Summary: Sales representative who identifies packaging opportunities, collaborates with engineers, and makes strategic decisions to enhance the customer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Identification of packaging opportunities in the industry. 2. Collaboration with engineers and decision-makers. 3. Presentation of innovative and value-added packaging solutions. Location: Saltillo or Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila. The Position: Sales representative focused on identifying packaging opportunities within the local industrial sector. Applies technical knowledge to define company strategy direction and collaborates directly with packaging engineers, decision-makers, and company counterparts to identify and improve the customer experience. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with assigned existing customers. Manage the sales process cycle to provide samples, quotations, and updates promptly within the assigned territory. Acquire a solid and detailed understanding of design, production, and manufacturing operations. Present value-added packaging innovations and new solutions to customers, supported by the local design team. Execute growth strategies and objectives to expand the network. Continuously prospect to broaden the customer portfolio, develop new relationships, and generate new revenue. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the packaging industry, with industrial B2B sales. Familiarity with the Saltillo industrial zone. Personal vehicle with willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
