Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Production Controller to supervise shop-floor production, monitor progress, implement corrective actions, and generate performance reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time production tracking and control on the shop floor 2. Detection and correction of operational deviations 3. Analysis of compliance and performance reports We are a well-established textile company currently looking for a Production Controller to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Direct production schedule tracking on the shop floor Release, control, and prioritization of production orders in real time. Continuous monitoring of progress versus plan and adherence to committed deadlines. Immediate detection of deviations and execution of corrective actions on the shop floor. Validation of startup procedures, model changes, and compliance with standards. Generation and analysis of compliance and operational performance reports. Requirements: Familiarity with working directly on the production shop floor. Intermediate Excel skills. Organizational and analytical capabilities. Effective communication skills.
