VACANCY: Production Assistant Mérida, Yucatán Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual eager to learn, to support operational coordination of shirt, jacket, and backpack production. Candidate Profile: * Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field * No prior experience required * Proactive, organized, and positive attitude * Interest in teamwork and learning the production process * Basic Excel skills and familiarity with production control concepts preferred (not mandatory) Main Responsibilities: * Support production planning and tracking * Assist in preparation of supplies * Coordinate materials, timelines, and deliveries * Provide operational support to various operational departments * Maintain basic progress and control reports Ideal for someone who wants to launch their professional career in the industry and grow alongside us.
